Natural Performance Coaching was created from a simple observation:

Many people are training harder than ever, yet moving worse, feeling more disconnected from their bodies, and struggling with pain, fatigue, and poor recovery.

I believe that health and performance are not built through isolated workouts alone.

They are built through the way we live every day.

Through mobility coaching, nutrition guidance, movement education, and sustainable lifestyle practices, my goal is to help people reconnect with their innate capacity for health, movement, and performance.

Because when we honour our biology, we often discover that our bodies are capable of far more than we think.

    David is the best! So knowledgeable, always patient to explain, challenging us while encouraging us, makes you feel supported in the tough parts of class. 10/10 highly recommend!

    I love how we are always moving in new ways in the 7 AM Tuesday Zoom class! It hits strength, mobility, and coordination all in one go using bodyweight. I finish feeling worked and sweaty, but also looser and more energized for the day! So much fun!!!

    Simply incredible! David’s workouts are always functional, dynamic, creative, and you get your sweat on - weights or not! He is attentive and provides great feedback.
